Your profile
- Current Studies: Ideally, you are pursuing a degree with a focus on HR and will remain enrolled throughout the entire internship period. Voluntary 3-month internships may be possible upon request.
- Communication Skills: You have an open, empathetic manner and enjoy direct interaction with applicants and colleagues.
- Organization & Reliability: A structured, independent approach to work and absolute discretion when handling sensitive HR data are second nature to you.
- Language Skills: You possess good English skills for working with international teams or applicants.
- Motivation: You are politically interested, identify with Sea-Eye values and would like to support people on the move.
- Remote Work: You are quick to familiarize yourself with new systems and are proficient in using collaborative software.
